We bring the professional cleaning supplies and equipment needed for your service. If you prefer a specific product, including eco-friendly or specialty products, please let us know in advance. If it’s not part of our regular supplies, we may ask you to provide it for your cleaning.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don’t need to be home during your cleaning as long as we have an agreed-upon way to access the property. If you prefer to be home, that’s perfectly fine too.

Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning options?

What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re home, please let us know about any concerns before our team leaves. If you’re away, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We’ll review your concerns and, when appropriate, arrange to address the affected areas. Please note that services are non-refundable.
